Dustin had mentioned to me a desire he had to create a photograph or painting of a Dandy gentleman riding a deer on the Rail Trail in New Paltz. He expressed that he never quite had the time to complete this wish. So I did it for him! the other two paintings of the triptych are of my own conception.
Everyone around him is well aware of Dustins' affinity for Mushrooms! So I made him a fabric book using the photo transfer process, then embroidered and bound the book myself! The images I used were found on google and are a mix of photographs and vintage mushroom illustrations.
